SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped out within one week of payment. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground (or local freight company for larger pieces) and will require signature confirmation at time of delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork at checkout. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.
LOCAL PICKUP
Artwork can be purchased for local pickup at the Jennifer Alden Design showroom. Select this option at checkout to see the address and waive the shipping fee. Orders will be ready within 2-4 business days at which point we will schedule a day/time for pickup with you. We are currently open by appointment only.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Direct checkout is available through the site for orders shipping to the U.S. and Canada. For the rest of the world, contact us to get a custom shipping quote. Please include your full address as well as the specific artwork you would like to purchase. Shipping to Canada defaults to UPS Standard, if you'd like a quote for express shipping or DHL please contact us for a quote.
International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and fees - all of which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. We are required to declare the full retail value of the artwork on the package.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Jennifer Alden Design within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Once your return is received and inspected, a credit for the total amount excluding shipping costs as well as a non-refundable 10% restocking fee will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Custom commissions are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep all of the original packaging. Include detailed photos of the outside of the box as well as the packaging materials and damage. No claims will be accepted after 7 days of delivery or without proper documentation.

Objects are created from paper pulp and are designed for interior only. Not designed for food or liquids. To clean, dust only.
Every object is made by hand and will vary slightly in shape and color.
TERMS OF SALE
Reproduction. Artist reserves all rights of reproduction, including without limitation all copyrights and trade dress rights, in the Artwork. Purchaser may reproduce the Artwork only upon advance written permission from Artist in each instance (except for incidental noncommercial reproductions such as personal photographs of physical settings where the Artwork is displayed). Artist’s signature and/or copyright notice as they appear on the Artwork at the time of sale shall not be removed or concealed. Artist shall receive authorship credit in connection with the Artwork or any reproductions of the Artwork.
Maintenance. In compliance with federal law, Purchaser will not intentionally damage, alter, modify, or change the Artwork in any way whatsoever. If any alteration of any kind occurs after receipt by Purchaser, whether intentional or accidental and whether done by Purchaser or others, the Artwork shall no longer be represented to be the work of the Artist without the Artist’s written consent. Purchaser shall undertake reasonable efforts to ensure that the Artwork is properly maintained. Purchaser shall not destroy the Artwork or permit the Artwork to be destroyed without first offering to return ownership to Artist or her successor in interest.
Repairs. Purchaser shall seek Artist’s prior written approval for all repairs and restorations to the Artwork which are made during the lifetime of Artist. To the extent practical, Artist shall be given the opportunity to accomplish said repairs and restorations at a reasonable fee.
General. The Artwork is sold as is. ARTIST EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. A waiver of breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a continuing waiver of other breaches of the same or other provisions hereof. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives. Its terms may be modified only by writing signed by both parties. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced under the laws of the United States and the State of Montana, and constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
